The MC for the Central Coast Innovation Summit, Dr Anton Kriz, in opening the Summit said that he believes that the most competitive advantage we have compared to the rest of the world is that Australians are great idea generators. He said "what we will get from the day is a chance to think. At the end of the day its not really not about the technology because it comes down people and what they do with it."
Through the course of the morning our key note speakers gave us their views on the next wave of innovation, all of which were around  resouce management and using digital technology to gain advantages and improvements in this space.
From our opening speaker, James Bradfield Moody, whose book our event was based on, through to the treasurer, Wayne Swan and our local businesses that show cased their innovative  organisations, there were a number ideas and  thought provoking  statements  presented, that people could walk away with.
Thank you to all the guests and speakers for making this event such a success! A special thanks to our sponsors and  supporters.
